AutoTC™ (the "Program"), operated by Real Estate AI, LLC, is an AI-powered transaction coordination platform for licensed United States real estate agents and self-represented principals (for-sale-by-owner sellers, buyers, and investors). With consent, AutoTC™ sends transaction-related SMS, including deadline reminders, document requests, e-signature follow-ups, and AI-assisted replies to inbound questions, on behalf of the account holder managing a real estate transaction. Messages are transactional and are not marketing or promotional.
SMS consent is optional. It is not part of the Terms of Service or a representation or listing agreement, and it is never a conditionof creating an account, purchasing, or using AutoTC™. Consent is handled as follows:
During account setup or in settings, you may turn on SMS by checking a dedicated, standalone box. It is unchecked by default, is independent of Terms of Service acceptance, and non-SMS features remain available whether or not you enable it:
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of creating an account or using AutoTC™. We record the date and time of your consent.
Before enabling a transaction party for an automated SMS workflow, the AutoTC™ user must obtain and document that party's prior express consent to receive transaction-related texts at the number provided. The user checks a consent attestation when saving or enabling the party's contact details, and AutoTC™ records the attestation and recipient opt-out activity. An active transaction or business relationship alone is not treated as consent. AutoTC™'s first supported SMS to a new recipient identifies the AI assistant and explains how to opt out. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Message frequency varies by transaction activity. A typical active transaction generates about 5–20 SMS per week across all recipients, although an individual recipient may receive fewer or more when the workflow requires it.
Message and data rates may apply under the recipient's carrier plan. AutoTC does not bill message recipients. The AutoTC account holder may be charged metered platform usage for sending or processing messages at the rates shown in the account wallet.
You can opt out at any time: reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message. We send one confirmation and then suppress all further messages to that number. Reply START to resubscribe.

We do not sell or rent mobile information. Mobile information, opt-in data, and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
